The professors would know that classes sometimes have computer glitches. If you cannot sign in to the class, tell the professor. If you were uploading a file or taking a test and there was a glitch, then it should be reported as well. You can go by a friend or visit the library to get access to another computer.

If you are going to be late on your assignment, then you can email the professor. You should find out if there can be an extension of time. If you are in an email group that has to work together to complete an assignment, then let the other members of the group know as well.

Your printer should have paper and ink. A folder should be arranged for online classes and the syllabus can be printed out. It is handy to have information in a hard copy than having to sign in constantly to get the same information. The online class can be successfully done, if you schedule and planning properly.
